Facility and Grounds Manager – Sunshine Coast

Full-Time Position, Includes Some Out-of-Hours Work for Facility Bookings

Calvary Sunshine Coast is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility and Grounds Manager to ensure the outstanding presentation of our church facilities and manage external bookings.

In this full-time role, you will oversee a variety of operational tasks, including groundskeeping, building maintenance and safety compliance, overseeing site cleaning, and coordinating bookings for both internal and external groups. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting and facilitating the hire of our venue to community organisations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high standards, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for engaging with community groups and potential hirers. If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

A Working with Children Blue Card is required for this position.
