Apply Now at Calvary Leadership College

The process to get started at Calvary Leadership College is simple.

Mid-year applications close on 25 July.

2025 Intake opens Monday, 2 September and closes on Thursday, 13 February.

The following guide provides a step-by-step overview of the Application Process at Calvary Leadership College. If you have any queries at any point, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you in getting started.

Decide whether you would like to study via our accredited or non-accredited pathway, full-time or part-time. There are a variety of options that offer flexibility and the right fit for your situation. If you would like to speak to someone to discuss your options, please complete our Expression of Interest Form, and someone will be in touch to help guide you.

Application is simple via our online enrolment application forms. Before you start, make sure you have the following prepared:

1. A certified copy of your birth certificate or passport (Accredited students only)

2. A certified copy of your academic transcript from your highest level of study or request entry by work experience by uploading your CV/Resume (Accredited Students only)

3. A Statement of Purpose

Reflecting on your journey of faith with Jesus and your experience of Church life thus far, what have you learned and why do you want to enrol in Calvary Leadership College? (500-1000 words, please supply in PDF)  

Please note: your Statement of Purpose may be marked/used as a diagnostic tool to assess your academic writing ability.

4. A 300-word Testimony
A 300-word summary of how you came to know Jesus. Consider how this has impacted your life. You could talk about your upbringing (if you are comfortable with doing so), how you came to accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, and what your walk with God is like today. (Approx. 300 words, please supply in PDF)

5. Valid Blue Card
It is a prerequisite for all students to hold a current Blue Card. Visit the Blue Card Services website for more information or to apply. Please note that a volunteer Blue Card is free to apply for. https://my.bluecard.qld.gov.au/login

Please note: Applications will not be accepted without a current, valid Blue Card.

6. Decide on your payment method

Accredited students have the option to pay upfront or via Fee Help (to find out if you are eligible, visit Study Assist https://www.studyassist.gov.au/help-loans/fee-help). Non-accredited students have the option to pay upfront or by instalment plan/direct debit.

Meet with one of our team either in person or online to discuss your application and next steps.

Upon acceptance, you will receive your letter of offer.

Upon receiving your Letter of Offer, you'll be prompted to enrol in your chosen subjects by filling out an Enrolment Form.

For any queries regarding your enrolment or subject selection, individual support is available. Once you've selected your subjects, you'll receive your Fee-Help or payment information.
